2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us at the provided return address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • If a return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
